Product Purchase

Obtaining the Product

The product you acquire from our website will be provided to you in electronic form. Before making a payment, a sample of the product will be presented to you. After selecting the sample that suits you, you will be redirected to the payment page, and once the payment is made, you will receive the product.

Returns/Exchanges

Since samples of the product will be presented to you before purchase, returns are not possible. If the sample product does not satisfy you, you may return and choose another product before making the payment. After you have chosen and paid for the product, returns are not possible.
